Julie and Matt live in New Orleans, and although they tied the knot in Minneapolis, you’ll see that they brought a bit of New Orleans with them! These two are full of love and life and made sure everyone was welcome and taken care of on their wedding day!

The Nicollet Island Pavilion Wedding in Minneapolis, Minnesota is the perfect spot, right on the Mississippi River. Capturing the newlyweds along St. Anthony Main and overlooking the river was a dream.

From the moment we walked into the room where Julie and her bridesmaids were getting ready…. we knew we were going to have a fun day! Everyone was laughing, singing along to the music, and putting the finishing touches on their hair and makeup. We always love spending time capturing the bride’s beautiful details and her gown. WOW what a gown! Watch the video and you’ll see!

After joining Matt and his guys for a bit to capture them together, we all left Lowes Hotel and made over to The Nicollet Island Pavilion where the two had their first look, overlooking the river and surrounded by trees. From there, the wedding party joined us and we drove just a couple blocks down to St. Anthony Main, one of the most iconic Minneapolis locations out there!

Their outdoor ceremony was built around notes the couple wrote to each other, and you’ll heave a glimpse in their film! Following the ceremony, guests gathered on the patio for cocktail hour before being escorted into the beautifully decorated reception, complete with twinkle lights and flowers everywhere!
